CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

We Have Very Flexible Cancellation/Refund Policy For Each Reservation Guest Made. BUT Most Common Cancellation/Refund Is As Follow,

• The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel within 14 days of arrival.

• The guest will be charged a prepayment of the total price of the reservation at any time.

• A pre-authorisation will be taken on your credit card under the name booking is made for the total stay the moment reservation is confirm.

• Once Booking is Cancelled within Refundable Policy or As Per The Policy Mentioned At The Time Of Booking , Refund will take 7-9 Working Days From The Day Booking Cancelled  To Reflect in the Same Bank Account or On The Card From Which Booking Amount is Paid.
